Wine lovers and foodies, join us for an unforgettable evening at the Clubhouse Bar & Grille at Innsbrook Resort, hosted by none other than Jeff Bundschu. Get ready for an intimate 5-course wine dinner that kicks off with a welcome pour of Gundlach Bundschu Sauvignon Blanc and perfectly paired hors d’oeuvres. As you savor each course, Jeff will share stories from his family’s six generations of winemaking in Sonoma, offering a behind-the-scenes look at each wine’s journey from vine to glass.

The carefully planned menu will feature five exquisite courses, each thoughtfully paired with selections from Gundlach Bundschu’s celebrated portfolio. Some of the evening’s highlights will include:

  • Greetings: Passed hors d’oeuvre of Honey-glazed Bacon-wrapped Scallops, paired with the crisp and refreshing Gundlach Bundschu Sauvignon Blanc.
  • 1st Course: Composed Harvest Salad, accompanied by the Gundlach Bundschu Chardonnay.
  • 2nd Course: Maple Roasted Pork Roulade with roasted asparagus, complemented by the elegant GUNBUN Pinot Noir, known for its earthy undertones and silky texture.
  • 3rd Course: Salmon topped with goat cheese and roasted tomatoes over pearl cous cous, paired with the bold and complex Gundlach Bundschu Mountain Cuvée, a Bordeaux-style red blend.
  • 4th Course: Caramelized Porcini Mushrooms and Steak Tips on a bed of linguini, served alongside the lush and velvety Gundlach Bundschu Cabernet.
  • 5th Course: An indulgent dessert of Raspberry Lemon Drop cake, finished with the Gundlach Bundschu Gewürztraminer, a perfect finale to the meal.
