The website located at www.gunbun.com (“Site”) is owned by and operated by Vineburg, LLC dba Gundlach Bundschu Winery (“Gundlach Bundschu”). Additionally, these Terms & Conditions apply to the Gundlach Bundschu Winery premises, including all events, activities, and experiences on our property. The terms, conditions and notices below (“Terms of Use”) govern your use of the Site. Your use of and access to the Site is conditional upon your acceptance of these Terms of Use including our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or update these Terms of Use from time to time with immediate effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use periodically for updates.

Permitted Users

The Site is intended to be used and accessed by people who are of legal age to purchase and consume alcohol. If you are of legal age in your country of residence and the country from which you are accessing the Site, please continue. If you are not, please exit the Site immediately. By continuing, you affirm that you are of legal age to purchase and consume alcohol in the country from which you are accessing the Site.

While our team works tirelessly to ensure your visit is as safe and enjoyable as possible, there are certain inherent risks that come with the territory—both literally and figuratively. Our beloved Winery is nestled in a natural, agricultural setting, where rolling hills, gravel paths, and vineyard rows form the backdrop of your experience. With this comes the possibility of uneven terrain, unpredictable weather (from sun-soaked days to refreshing breezes or sudden showers), and the occasional visit from the local wildlife or insects that call this land home as well as other risks associated with an outdoor venue and a working winery.

By joining us for an event or simply spending time on our property, you acknowledge that these elements are part of the magic, but also part of the risk. Whether you’re attending a concert, walking through the vineyards, or enjoying a glass of wine on our patio, you understand and accept the inherent risks involved. You agree that your presence on the premises is voluntary and that you are responsible for your personal safety and belongings at all times.

In choosing to be with us, you also agree that Gundlach Bundschu Winery, its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any personal injuries, illnesses, property damage, or loss that may occur during your visit. This includes any incidents resulting from natural conditions, interactions with other guests, or activities on-site. While we do everything we can to minimize risks, we trust that you understand that being in such a setting requires a spirit of awareness and acceptance.

By entering the grounds, you voluntarily assume responsibility for all risks associated with your time here, whether you’re attending a joyful celebration, participating in a tour, or simply enjoying the serenity of our outdoor spaces. You agree to release and hold Gundlach Bundschu Winery and its affiliates harmless from any claims or liabilities, no matter the cause, and to embrace the experience knowing that this landscape offers both its beauty and its challenges.

AFFILIATES, RELATED COMPANIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR OTHER AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR YOUR PRESENCE AT THE WINERY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
